As this year progresses, we continue to transform into a “new normal.” SCC Soft Computer and
the SNUG Board continue to dedicate their time to assisting and supporting our LIS community
and would like to thank the entire SNUG Community for standing with us during this time.
With much effort and careful consideration, the Board, alongside SCC and the Sheraton, have
worked together to collect feedback from our valued customers as we carefully considered
how to proceed with the Annual SNUG Conference for 2020 and 2021. Based on this feedback
it has been decided to schedule the 2021 SNUG Annual Conference for September 12-16 at the
Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater, Florida.

We anticipate by the fall of 2021, we will have returned to some sort of normalcy and we are
excited to see many familiar faces again. This coming conference, we will focus on the new
challenges and solutions that we have faced due to the current pandemic, and we hope to
transition your mind into a new way of thinking.
