Networking “From a Distance”
With nearly all conferences and events worldwide being cancelled
or postponed due to COVID-19, companies have been challenged
with ways to creatively stay engaged in the marketplace “from a
distance.” Industry leaders are finding new ways to introduce
customers to new products, services, and software as in-person
events transition to virtual ones.
Webinars have become extremely popular over the past several
months, allowing companies the opportunity to effectively deliver
a message to clients and prospects while keeping their
audience engaged through real-time feedback and questions,
which provides tremendous value. SCC recently hosted a successful series of COVID-19 webinars
which reached an attendance of over 300 current clients. Post webinar surveys allowed attendees to
provide feedback on what information they found most useful and how SCC can better prepare for future
webinars. This feedback is essential as we continue to transform the ways we communicate with our
existing and prospective clients and provide the information needed while not sacrificing quality
of engagement.

This series of webinars included best practices which help configure and utilize SoftLab , SoftMic

and SoftMolecular during COVID-19. This webinar series also walked users through setting up

our integrated SoftWebPlus and SoftExpressPlus for drive-thru and remote testing,
and the most recent on the SCC Analytics, Dashboard, and Reporting tools to manage
COVID-19 testing and resulting.
As we continue to find innovative ways to socially distance while leveraging
our message through these virtual opportunities, we look forward to shaking
hands with our customers in person at conferences once again.
Stay safe and we hope to see you in 2021!
