Quarterly Department Spotlight
This quarter we shine praise on our customer relations management team for going above and beyond by putting our
clients’ needs first and providing the best support possible. Leading this department is Jeff Marr, Director of Client
Relations, who has worked diligently to help facilitate and bring SCC customers together during this ever changing
dynamic marketplace, both domestic and international. We understand the look and feel of our workforce is continuously
evolving and we deeply appreciate the ability of SCC’s team to adapt while maintaining focus on providing our clients’
the best service.
As we navigate through these new challenges, the CRM team continues to raise standards higher as they assist
customers with streamlining their solutions and adapting to unexpected and unique requests. Many new initiatives
have risen due to COVID-19 and the CRM team has put forth positive efforts to rapidly meet these new expectations.
Client satisfaction is a top priority at SCC Soft Computer and our CRM team continually proves to provide the
best service.
