Training Top 10 Hall of Fame
In 2008, Training established the Training Top 10 Hall of Fame to recognize those companies that have held Top 10 spots in the Training Top 125 for at least four consecutive years.
Training Top 10 Hall of Fame members remain in the Training Top 10 Hall of Fame for no less than three years to a maximum of five years at which time they may reapply for Top 125 consideration. For more information visit www.trainingmag.com.

SCC Soft Computer was inducted into the Training Top 10 Hall of Fame in February 2012, along with computer software giant, Microsoft Corporation.

Top Learning Organization 2013
SCC was notified in May 2013 that the company has placed among the 2013 Learning! awards, sponsored by Elearning! Media Group (EMG), publishers of Elearning! and Government Elearning! magazines. The rankings will be announced on August 26 at the Learning! 100 awards dinner hosted at the Enterprise Learning! Conference & Expo (ELCE) in Anaheim, California.
The Learning! 100 award recognizes 60 corporate and 40 public sector organizations for outstanding learning culture, innovation, or collaboration that drives performance. Honorees cut across all industries and organization sizes, from five to 1.6 million employees.

Since 2002, SCC's Educational Services department has been chosen from a field of over 10,000 entries to rank among the top companies for workforce training and leadership development. From 2002-2006, SCC was ranked anywhere from 97th to 51st overall in the Training Top 100. In 2007, Training increased the field of competitors to 125 and changed the name of the ranking to the Training Top 125.
