Letter from the CEO

This past year has been full of transition and adaptation, not only in our personal lives, but in the
professional world as well. The healthcare industry, especially, has experienced unprecedented
deviations which have forced us to re-evaluate our normal workflow and adjust to meet new demands.

New initiatives SCC Soft Computer took part in this year include supporting the influx of COVID-19
testing with our software applications, rapidly implementing our systems in 90 days or less to
accommodate the testing needs, launching/introducing a new SoftLIMS™ module, as well as
launching an online LIS Administration Certification Program. All of these initiatives have been
accomplished almost entirely with virtual manpower. While looking forward to the upcoming year,
we will continue to transform our software solutions as the healthcare industry and laboratory
markets continue to evolve.

We would like to offer our sincerest thank you to all of SCC’s valued clients for their continued support
and dedication, and for giving SCC the opportunity to be their LIS vendor of choice. SCC would not
be where it is today without our customers’ confidence in us. SCC is setting the standard for healthcare
information technology as we continue to be an industry leader because of partnerships with our valued
customers. We are proud to be on this journey and look forward to a wonderful holiday season and a
successful 2021. We wish all of SCC’s clients and our business partners around the world a joyous and
safe holiday season and a prosperous New Year.
