        Letter from the CEO

As Labor Day celebrations wrap up and we start looking toward the holiday season, we recognize it has
been a difficult and challenging year as we have been forced to adapt to a new work and life balance.
I would like to personally thank all of the SCC employees for all their ongoing efforts, along with the
support from our customers. As affiliates of the Information Technology market, specifically the
laboratory space, SCC Soft Computer appreciates the hard work and dedication your organization,
and other nationwide healthcare institutions, have been providing, as you all continue to care
and deliver services to patients throughout the community during these unprecedented times.

It is important to remember all the accomplishments and successes achieved this year as our work
days and our personal lives continue to be transformed. As the laboratory market continues to shift
to meet today’s new and unique challenges, our staff remains committed to working alongside our
valued customers to meet their new business needs. Our staff is working diligently on new requests,
projects and initiatives surrounding COVID-19 testing as well as assisting start up laboratories
with rapid implementations and functionality which will continue to transform how the laboratory
market brings services to their local communities and patients.

We are proud to say we work side by side with some of the most dedicated, talented, and hard-working
employees and customers world-wide. Anything can be accomplished when we work together.
The executive staff of SCC Soft Computer would like to thank our wonderful staff and client base
as we continue battling this pandemic.
