SCC's Vision 2019
It was nice to see so many familiar faces at SNUG 2019 in May, and we enjoyed meeting some new
friends as well. Of the 148 attendees representing 60 different SCC client sites from across
North America and around the world at SNUG’s 27th annual conference, meeting, and expo,
69 were first-time attendees—a new record! I hope everyone benefited from the four days of educational
sessions, hands-on lab access, workshops, and networking events—and were able to bring home
at least one new idea, best practice, or lesson learned to help you get the most from your SCC systems.
During the SCC Town Hall Forum at SNUG 2019, several members of SCC’s leadership team—Gary Weiner,
Leszek Rumak, Tomek Ocipka, Hadrian Newman, and Magdy Ebeid—addressed questions submitted by
the 2018/2019 SNUG Executive Board and gave an overview of how SCC is aligning our priorities with
our clients' needs. I look forward to sharing some of these initiatives with you in the coming months.

SCC is celebrating our 40th anniversary throughout 2019, and we continue to focus on initiatives that help us continue to drive quality.
