From the CEO's Desk






                                        I   am writing this at the onset of our 40th year in business.  It’s hard to believe that just

                                            four decades ago, in 1979, we founded Sopht Computer Consultants in our living room
                                            with a dream, a staff of three, an investment of less than $1,000, and equipment
                                        from Radio Shack.  We’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings in
                                        Queens, New York, thanks to the dedication of our diverse global workforce
                                        and the support of our clients who shared our vision and believed in us.

                                        I would like to offer my sincere and heartfelt thanks to all of SCC Soft Computer’s valued
                                        clients for your continued support and for giving SCC the opportunity to be your LIS
                                        solution vendor of choice.  Thank you for joining us on this shared journey of innovation
                and excellence that has spanned four decades—so far.  I am proud to be on this journey with you and look towards the future
                with confidence as we expand further into the international marketplace and offer our innovative laboratory and genetics
                information system solutions around the globe.


                As we celebrate our 40th year, we are continuing our mission to help our valued clients achieve the highest return possible
                on their LIS investments with the most advanced—and most cost-effective—laboratory and genetics information management
                systems available.  To help drive us in this direction, we recently launched our CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE to establish
                SCC Soft Computer as a customer-focused organization with a team-oriented approach for issue identification and problem
                resolution.  With this “CUSTOMER FIRST” perspective, our goal is to achieve a culture of accountability, align our goals
                of achieving customer satisfaction and customer success, and show that SCC truly is an organization that is focused
                on quality.  I look forward to sharing more about this with you in the months ahead.
