Certification recognizes SCC Soft Computer for delivering top quality support

Clearwater, Florida -  August 8, 2017 –  SCC Soft Computer (SCC) announced today that its Client Services division has achieved certification under the prestigious Service Capability & Performance (SCP) Standards.  SCC achieved certification under the SCP Support Standard after an extensive audit of their Clearwater, Florida customer service / technical support center.  The SCP Standards quantify the effectiveness of customer service and support based upon a stringent set of performance standards and represent best practices in the industry.
