SCC Soft Computer® demonstrates Genetics Information Systems Suite™ at ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting

March 19, 2014

(Clearwater, FL) March 19 – SCC Soft Computer (SCC) announced that they will showcase their feature-rich genetics information systems suite at the 2014 ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting taking place March 26 – 28 at the Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

SCC’s Genetics Information Systems Suite™ offers a full range of genetics information management tools designed to automate workflow in the diagnostic genetics laboratory. This integrated laboratory and genetics software provides information management tools that facilitate healthcare providers in personalizing patient disease treatments based on an individual’s unique history and genetic composition, resulting in greater optimization of patient treatments.

SCC’s Genetics Suite can consist of any combination of the six technology lab modules (SoftCytogenetics®, SoftMolecular®, SoftFlowCytometry®, SoftBiochemistry®, SoftPathDx®, and SoftHLA®), reflecting flexibility and breadth of support. Each module has specific functionality to support the unique challenges and needs for testing and reporting in these laboratories.

One of the first to produce production-environment-ready genetics information systems, SCC provides hospitals and laboratories with information management systems that enable them to compete in the highly competitive clinical diagnostics marketplace.
