  • PathDX Product Business Analyst

    This role will support formulation and definition of system scopes and objectives based on a thorough understanding of software applications, client/business requirements and industry requirements. 

    The PathDX Product Business Analyst will coordinate with implementation and support teams to identify best workflows for client/business objectives as well as work closely with software architects and development teams to ensure that the direction, scope, dependencies and risks are identified and documented for software development.  

    This position will require advanced knowledge of multiple SCC software applications, and will be particularly focused in PathDX pathology application and associated applications.  This position requires strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) of large-scale development projects.  Extensive understanding of multiple functional areas related to complex software projects and the ability to identify and advise best practice workflows, business process improvements along with system improvements through the use of technology is critical.

  • Genetics Implementation Specialist Level 1
    The Genetics Implementation Specialist Level 1 will work with assigned clients to train and assist with the implementation of Genetics Suite products.  The implementation and configuration will require definition of system scopes and objectives based on both user requirements and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. This position may also support product development activities.
  • Genetics Associate Support Specialist Lvl 1
    Join SCC and use your laboratory knowledge to break into the world of IT. The Genetics Associate Support Specialist Level 1 is responsible for Integration, Smoke, and Hot Fix correction testing of the Genetics products when loaded on an SCC system or a client test environment as directed by the Team Lead or Support Manager. Assists in getting Post Live issues resolved in a timely manner via supervised troubleshooting of Genetics and related applications.
