  • Administrative Assistant - Legal

    The Administrative Assistant provides assistance to the Legal department on client and vendor contracts as well as immigration documents. This position creates, analyzes, and reviews contractual agreements or proposed agreements for conformity to company verbiage, rules, and regulations. Prepares immigration documents and correspondence, and researches law, investigates facts, and prepares documents to assist the department.

  • Human Resources Assistant

    The Human Resources Assistant will assist the Human Resources Department and the VP of Administration with various duties related to HR Information Systems (ADP workforce Now), New Hire Onboarding, assisting with Benefits, Payroll and Recruiting. This position will also assist with several duties including company security, monthly billing, cell phones, and housing.

  • Administrative Support Assistant

    The Administrative Support Assistant is a entry-level position that provides administrative support services to any department within SCC, allowing the individual the opportunity to learn and advance with SCC.
