With that being said, we are proud to announce and congratulate Jeff Marr and Erin Newman, our new leaders of the Client Services Department!
Jeff Marr has been promoted to the position of Director of Client Services. Jeff joined SCC in 2012 as a Client Relations Manager and throughout his tenure with SCC, he has had many roles; most recently serving as the Marketing Manager and Interim Manager of Client Relations, which he will continue to oversee, in addition to the Technical Support teams. When it comes to client relations, decision making, problem resolution and timely deliveries, Jeff’s input and contributions will continue to enhance our performance and efforts in reaching out to new markets and our international ambitions.
Erin Newman has been promoted to the position of Manager of Client Relations. Erin has been with SCC for 16 years, serving as a Client Relations Manager and with the past 3 years as a Senior Client Relations Manager. Erin has worked with some of SCC’s most complex clients and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the SCC Management Team which will be imperative as SCC continues to partner with customers worldwide.
