Keynote Speaker for SNUG 2024!

The Soft Network Users Group is honored to welcome Dr. Joanne Lichten to the 30th Annual SNUG Conference and Educational Summit. Dr. Jo is well-known for her work with various organizations targeting the issue of burnout in the workplace. She has introduced various companies and employees to methods on how to improve performance, productivity, and profitability. Holding a doctorate in Adult Education from Texas A&M and experience spanning across decades focusing on internal management, we are excited to have her join us. Dr. Jo Lichten promotes a fun and interactive type of program which allows her audience to genuinely understand how to best improve their daily lives and be able to perform their best at work. As we focus on looking 2024ward, we cannot wait to hear Dr. Jo’s tips and tricks on how to keep optimism high and increase well-balanced workspaces.
