Product Showcase Webinar – January Recap

Each month we hold our Product Showcase webinars, presented by SCC’s subject-matter experts, with the objective to educate our customers and provide an opportunity for them to learn what’s new with SCC’s Laboratory, Genetics, and Blood Services Information Systems Suite applications as well as our Professional Services we offer. In January, we held two successful webinars where clients had a great opportunity to hear about new product features as well as submit questions and receive answers at the end of the sessions.

SoftBank.web – New Features was held on Thursday, January 19th at 12pm EST, covering version SoftBank 25.6.1+, where anyone with beginner knowledge of the application was welcome to join and learn. The presenter covered topics such as the advantages of upgrading to SoftBank.web and all the customizable options that are available in this version. This webinar also covered the changes made to the visual appearance of SoftBank.web application.

SCC’s Professional Services was held on Thursday, January 26th at 12pm EST, and this webinar was focused on a service we offer to all customers. The presenter gave an introduction to SCC’s Professional Services and the laboratory management services we offer, along with the operational assessments we complete for you. As varied as the reasons are for purchasing a new clinical system (lack of functionality, poor customer service or support), the reason for implementing change is quite simple: to automate processes necessary to meet all your business goals.

We look forward to hosting more webinars throughout the New Year, so please stay tuned for more details!
