Each month we hold our Product Showcase webinars, presented by SCC’s subject-matter experts, with the objective to educate our customers and provide an opportunity for them to learn what’s new with SCC’s Laboratory, Outreach, Genetics, and Blood Services Information Systems Suite applications. In November, we held a successful webinar where clients had a great opportunity to hear about new product features as well as submit questions and receive answers at the end of the sessions.
SoftReports ® – New Features webinar was held on Thursday, November 10th, for version SoftReports 1.2.1.1 and was suitable for all expertise levels, whether you’re new to the product or familiar with it. The presenter covered a variety of new features such as reporting and query builder enhancements. Designer/launcher and the virtual desktops have been enhanced so the presenter went over some of the new characteristics.
With 2022 coming to an end, SCC is proud of the success we have had with our Product Showcases throughout the year and couldn’t be happier to provide this service for our loyal customers. We had the pleasure of educating nearly 400 attendees and hosting 17 webinars!
