SCC Soft Computer has recently hosted two successful product showcases presented by SCC’s subject-matter experts. These product showcases are a perfect time for our customers to submit questions and have the opportunity to hear about new product features as well. Our product showcases are held every month with the goal to educate and empower our customers to become proficient users of SCC’s Laboratory and Genetics Information Management System applications.
SoftFlowCytometry® – New Features was held Thursday, October 13th at 12pm, version 4.1.17.18 and for users with intermediate expertise level. SCC’s product expert went over a number of topics, but some keys features presented were the report sign out entry and how to preform a batch review and release within this new version. Another interesting topic was the differential keypad within SoftFlowCytometry.
SoftBiobank® – New Features was held Thursday, October 27th at 12pm, version 1.0.0.2.4 and was for all expertise levels. SCC’s SoftBiobank product expert covered some key new features which were introduced in the latest version. Protocol driven simplified specimen registration and receipt for research products was covered along with seamless batch results update for existing samples and the process of how manual sample data can be imported. The distribution for large studies was also highlighted within this webinar.
