Every month we host webinars, presented by SCC’s product experts, with the goal to educate and empower our customers to become proficient users of SCC’s Laboratory and Genetics Information Management System applications. In September we held two successful webinars where clients had a great opportunity to hear about new product features as well as submit questions and receive answers at the end of the sessions.
SoftURF® – New Features webinar was held on September 8th for version 1.0.0.6.77 and for users with intermediate/expertise level. The presenter covered a variety of topics such as courier tracking, shipping history, shipping labels, container tracking, reflab requisitions and manifests. The process of electronic order requests to the reference lab was looked over along with getting electronic discrete results, PDF results, and auto verification.
SoftWebPlus®– New Features webinar was held on September 22nd for version 2.0.4.3 and was aimed for all expertise levels. The presenter covered the enhancements for order entry and requisition submissions. Other topics such as how to work within the collection center environment, how to use commercial reference lab, and also how to fax reports from SWP with a cover page, were shown as new features of this application.
