Fall Events Happening in Florida!

With Fall officially starting today, September 22nd, we wanted to share some local events in the Tampa Bay area for you and your friends & family to participate in. Florida may not go through the typical seasonal changes, but hayrides, corn mazes, and picking pumpkins are still a must to put you in the Fall spirit. We hope some of these can be a part of your Fall family plans. Have fun and stay safe!

Harvest Holler Corn Maze – A family friendly interactive corn maze, a hayride, a pumpkin patch, mini golf, and tractor rides.

Where: 950 Tavares Rd, Polk City, FL 33868  

When: Weekends, September 17-November 1, Fridays 4PM-8PM | Saturdays 12PM-8PM | Sundays 12PM-5PM

Cost: Adults: $15, children age 3-12: $12

Tampa Oktoberfest – Tampa’s 11th Annual Octoberfest, live music, Bavarian games, dirndls, lederhosen, and of course some adult beverages!

Where: Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park

When: Friday, October 8, 4PM-11PM | Saturday, October 9, 11AM-11PM | Sunday, October 10, 11AM-6PM

Cost: Adults: $10-25

Hyde Park Village Pumpkin Patch – Buy a pumpkin and all proceeds will benefit The Humane Society of Tampa Bay! Pumpkins and gourds range from $1-20.

Where: Hyde Park Village

When: October 1-31, Monday-Thursday 6PM-10PM | Friday-Sunday 10AM-6PM

Cost: Free admissions

Scarecrow Fest Dade City – Create your very own scarecrow, enter a costume contest, and enjoy the live entertainment.

Where: 15602 Pioneer Museum Road, Dade City, FL 33523

When: Saturday, October 9, 9AM-5PM  

Cost: Student: $5, Adult: $10

The Heights Fall Festival – The 3rd annual Heights Fall Festival includes a pumpkin patch, live music, a craft beer corner, and photo ops galore!

Where: 1910 N Ola Ave, Tampa, FL 33602

When: October 10-11, 10AM-5PM

Cost: Free admissions

Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens – Instead of the typical indoor haunted houses, they have created open-air scare zones this year.

Where: 10165 McKinley Dr, Tampa, FL 33612  

When: Weekends, September 10-October 31, Fridays & Saturdays 7PM-1AM | Sundays 7PM-12PM 

Cost: $29.99 and up

Creatures of the Night at ZooTampa – Family-friendly Halloween event, you can enjoy all the animal exhibits as well as Halloween-themed activities, experiences, and characters.

Where: 1101 W. Sligh Avenue, Tampa, FL, 33604  

When: October, every Friday and Saturday night  

Cost: $24.95 and up
