SCC’s Product Showcase: April Webinars Recap

SCC Soft Computer hosted four product showcase webinars in April, all of which were presented by SCC’s subject-matter experts. The webinars attended slightly over 90 clients who had great opportunity to hear about products’ new features and submit questions and receive answers at the end of sessions.

SoftID® Compatibility Issues & New Features webinar, hosted on April 7, was focused on updated 2022 device and application compatibility. A presenter talked about the last two versions which will support the Windows Mobile (WM) OS, Android version that’s no longer supported, as well as SoftID installation process change for Android 11+.

SoftTotalQC® New Features webinar, hosted on April 14, described enhancements implemented in SoftTotalQC version 1.0.8. A presenter provided the benefits of each enhancement and explained how they could improve workflows. Attendees had an opportunity to learn about enhancements to the resulting and review worklist, enhancements to graph reports, and to the “ordered” in lab frequency.

SoftGenePortal® New Features webinar, hosted on April 21, gave details of how SoftGenePortal can be leveraged to provide laboratory’s website for external clients and patients. The presenter started with a brief introduction of SoftGenePortal, its purpose and capabilities, and continued with highlighting some of the new features including client facing laboratory website, outreach client portal, as well as patient portal.

SoftBI® New Features webinar, hosted on April 28, covered recent changes that occurred within the product. A presenter showed many new available reports with a focus on a new data sources and fields and some of the new features and functionality. Attendees had an opportunity to learn how to find new tables and fields as well as apply changes to existing data sources and workbooks.
