SCC has recently hosted another successful product showcase webinar presented by an SCC’s subject-matter expert.
SoftWebPlus® New Features webinar, hosted on February 24, had around 20 attendees who had an opportunity to learn about new features of our front end, order entry, collections and results query, web-based application. SoftWebPlus is fully integrated with SCC’s genetics suite of products as well as the other SCC modules so clients can place orders for laboratory, microbiology, and blood banking tests.
Throughout the session, the presenter talked about the highly customizable main order entry screen, demonstrated COVID-19 test ordering, collections, shipping, results, and various reports. The presentation also covered repeat or recurring testing for Employee Health as well as enhancements designed to assist our clients’ retail reference laboratory business.
As always, the webinar was finalized with a Q&A session.
