SCC Soft Computer successfully hosted two product showcase webinars in January presented by SCC’s subject-matter experts.
SoftLab 4.5 New Features webinar, hosted on January 13, had over 70 attendees who had an opportunity to learn about the products’ new features and enhanced user experience. The presentation covered enhancements of instrument interfaces, log in screen, remote printer, resulting, specimen tracking, and much more. The presenter also covered new availabilities regarding management reports, calculation and RBS, order entry, and setting up files.
SoftLab 4.0.9 New Features webinar, hosted on January 27, also had over 70 attendees. Throughout the session, SCC users were able to hear about the product’s new features including report footer and printer ID, moving orders in order entry, ward/clinic and doctor lookup from read mode in order entry, and much more. The presenter also touched on features users might not be aware of in 4.0.8.
