2015 Softrpint file window should remain open after viewing

Original Description of the SIG Request:
Way back in ASCII when we pressed shift F2 it brings up the softprint files. When viewing the actual report back then, the window would remain open after viewing the report adn closing it.
In the GUI versions now when you double click the report and close, the whole window closes, the you have to press Shift F2 again. A lot of our management reports print to a dum printer and are part of our daily review process. We'd like the softprint window to remain open even after viewing the selected report.
