TOPIC: Enhance the Flow User Experience

Enhance the Flow user experience by: 1) Changing the result format to look cleaner, and 2) Function more like BioChem.

1) For a standardized cleaner look, the Flow module should replace result elements, tables, and populations with generic result fields that are arranged in the test result field designer (like BioChem). This would also require these generic results to be defined on the test specific settings tab in setup (like BioChem).
2) To improve the functionality, test reporting rules setup (within Test setup) needs to have “test result action” column added so that Flow panels can alter result values and result comments based on conditions (note: conditions tab is already available). This would present a cleaner more user friendly result template and achieve process standardization with BioChem module.
