Original Description of the SIG Request:
We get notification up to a month in advance of when an employee or physician is leaving our facility. Or when someone is going out on medical leave. At the current time, their is no way to set a future date for a user to be activated or inactivated. We must set a reminder on our calendar to process activations and inactivations submitted for a future date. The only work around is to set a review date. But this only works for inactivations as this will lock out the user but it does not actually inactivate the user as required by HiTech standards. We need to be able to enter a future date for both inactivating and activating a user.

“We need a way to inactive a user at a specific date.
We need a way to activate a user at a specific date.
Should not interfere with review date."
