TOPIC TITLE: Cut and paste reports

REASONS TO ADD THE TOPIC: Currently the report designer has an option to "copy all related" when adding a copy of a report and it's design to a specific location. We would like the ability to do that function with "cut all related" so we can move the report to a different location. Right now we have to copy, paste, then delete the report from the original location.
