There needs to be an easier way to add users to multiple roles than dragging to each one individually. This is very time consuming and error prone.

SCC Comment: The ability to add a user to multiple roles is planned for SoftID.Net 2.6.0.1. The user will be able to edit the user and select the roles in the edit user screen.

Added to HIPAA/Security/Commons/SoftID SIG Prioritization Sheet as Functionality Exists.
