TOPIC TITLE: Complex Search Query PHN and Signout date

REASONS TO ADD THE TOPIC: Could you please add the Personal Health Number (PHN) field and the Signout Date of the Report to the Complex Query report that displays. We use this report a lot for providing information to research clients, and in order to get complete identifiers of the patient, they need to go into each case separately and pull up the patient's file by case number, and record the PHN. A lot of work when you have hundreds of cases. Currently it displays Case #, Patient Name, DOB, Received Date, Source, Incoming Consult Source, Dx Code, Dx Group, Priority, Req Dr, Req Dr Name, Clinic, Clinic Name, Path, Path Name and Site. Please add PHN and Signout Date.
