REASONS TO ADD THE TOPIC: We did not require SNOMED to meet MU2. But it is required by state ELR. Please consider allowing client to manually enter only those SNOMED codes they require without having to download dictionary.

SCC Response: Unfortunately due to legal concerns this SIG request will be rejected. SNOMED is a licensed product and SCC cannot provide the ability to enter SNOMED codes without the dictionary being loaded.
