TOPIC TITLE: TQC and/or searching criteria for reports.

REASONS TO ADD THE TOPIC: TQC reports and worklists need to have a choice for and/or in criteria selection. For example, both reports under Order Status have a lot of choices for calling the worklist/report but everything is a "and" criteria. I can't have 1 report that looks for orders that are giving a warning or rejection, only for a warning, a rejection or both. This has resulted in extra report/worklist setup to ensure we are seeing all the QC orders with the expected criteria.

SCC: BUE-13924 already created for this
