2017 Organism search screen

STATUS: Functionality in development

REASONS TO ADD THE TOPIC: : In results entry in the isolate level, under Org ID drop down, we would like to see the search screen display 1 choice for same org ID. The techs don't need to see all associations that organism has with different classes etc (too much extraneous information being displayed)
SCC response: Requested changes is under development with IFR-27866.
