2008 AutoDiscard of Therapeutic Phlebotomy Units

SoftDonor Autodiscard TPH units ATLAN 6891 new site was looking for an automated way to discharge the therapeutic phlebotomy. Currently they can only use the option Batch/Status change or single status change. This is time consuming.

Proposed Functionality -
1.) Add status and reason code fields to the visit table. Status can be one of the following: empty, quarantined, discarded. Empty status means unprocessed. Reason needs to be specified for quarantined and discarded statuses.
2.) With defaulting status and reason on the phlebotomy screen.
