*Last day to submit an enhancement for the current cycle – December 9, 2016

Evaluation & Posting of Enhancements
*SIG Advisors post all enhancements for the prioritization with the degree of difficulty as: Low, Medium, or High, prelim requirements, and the estimated hours by February 3, 2017.
*Ballots sent out prioritization by SCC SIG Coordinator by February 17, 2017.

Prioritization of Enhancements
*SIG Members prioritize all enhancements as: 1-High, 2-Medium, 3-Low, 4-Not Desired, via email voting from February 17, 2017 through March 3, 2017.

Prioritization Turned In to SCC
*SIG Moderator weighs priorities and provides final tally of the prioritization to SCC’s SIG Advisor and SIG Coordinator by March 17, 2017.

Final Evaluation & Posting
*SIG Advisor post all High and Medium prioritized items by March 31, 2017.
*Ballots sent out and SIG Books Created by SCC SIG Coordinator by April 7, 2017.

Final Vote by SIG Members
*Final vote via e-mail April 10, 2017 through April 28, 2017.

Final Votes Turned In to SCC
*SIG Moderator weights final votes and provides final tally of those selected during the final vote that fall within the number of hours allowed for the SIG to SCC’s SIG Advisor and SIG Coordinator by May 12, 2017.

Unused Hours and Unselected Enhancements Collated
*SCC SIG Coordinator collates listing of the unused hours by all of the groups and a list of enhancements that they may be used toward that were not selected during the voting by May 26, 2017.

*SNUG Exec’s vote on the list of enhancements to be selected with unused hours and return the vote to the SCC SIG Coordinator by June 23, 2017.
